Yummy, yummy yogurt

Here's me enjoying a lick of frozen yogurt, on a hot spring day.

Don't worry, it's organic fresh yogurt with no fat, additives, preservatives, gelatins, colorings or even sugar. I do need to watch my girlish figure.

But did it sure taste good!

The November Chi Meet

Once again I got to go with Mom to see all my chihuahua friends. I met this really pretty chi named "Lola." She was a lot more shy than I was, as you can tell by our tails in this photo. It was a gorgeous day out, something like 74 degrees - unheard of in November! All the humans were complaining about it being so hot. I got a little hot myself, and there was water available for us dogs, but I don't drink strange water. Towards the end of the meet, one of us discovered there was something icky in the grass. Invisible to the eye, but us dogs can smell a mile away. Like we always do with stinky things, we roll around on it. We all took turns, and I sure got mine.

I wish I hadn't, because I had to have a bath when we got home.

Picnic

Mom dragged me to a picnic last night. I got to go because I'm little and I need something called socializing. And I think she's still mad at Doo for getting out of her harness in the driveway last week. Anyway I got stuck in a bag because I don't like wearing a harness and leash. I got to meet a lot of new people, and Aunt Connie carried me around the whole time.

I got to meet a fellow little dog named Babe. She's a long hair doxie. I barked at her from afar. I'm not very nice to dogs I don't know. But when I got closer, I realized she was a little dog like me and I guess she was ok.

The best part was of course, the food. Armadillo Willy's, whatever that is, tasted real good. I almost ate an entire chicken! Sure beats the crap I have at home.

Rachel had to hold me while Mom ate her plate, but it paid off because I got to eat her leftovers. And Aunt Connie gave me enough off her plate for 2 dogs!

I was happy to go home, and the other dogs were jealous that they didn't get BBQ chicken.

July Chihuahua Meet

Mom took me in the car to another one of those things she calls "Chihuahua Meets". I'm expected to run around like an idiot and play with the other dogs while she talks with people about things I don't understand, like RAW diets.

There are a lot of little dogs like me at the meets. I am almost the smallest, but there is another one smaller than me they call Bitsy. Her mom dressed her up in a bikini, even though it was windy and cold. Mom has to keep her Coach purse up on the picnic table, otherwise someone will pee on it.

All the humans picked me up and petted me. I didn't mind the other dogs, but I don't run around. I'd feel more comfortable if Daisy was there...she was supposed to come with me, but she pissed Mom off when she got out of her harness in the driveway and ran up and down the sidewalk. She got put back in the house and we left without her. I don't think she cared.
