Mom had a surprise for me today. I got to come back to work with her! She picked me up at lunch. First she chased me around the yard saying "potty" or something to me. I didn't do what she wanted. She considered leaving me home because she didn't want me to mess up the floor at work, whatever that means.

She whisked me away in her car, and it wasn't long before we were there. I was soooo happy to meet Mom's co-workers. It was like we were longtime buddies. I especially liked Aunt S. She kept taking pictures of me, I felt like a movie star. I met some guys, but I didn't like them as much as the girls. Everyone cooed over me and said I was so cute.

Then I met C, she was sooo cool. I wouldn't leave her alone. I kept climbing her leg and barking at her when she wouldn't pay attention to me. Mom had to explain to her that I always get what I want. Duh! She set me up with a nice pretty pillow on the desk between her and Mom so I could see what they were doing. Then she took pictures of me too!!! I am so photogenic.

A little while later, a nice man came by and installed a baby gate in Mom's office so I couldn't escape :( I didn't like that too much, but Mom seemed very pleased. I guess there are other dogs that visit the office, and a lady there had this baby gate for when her dog comes with her. I sat behind the bars and looked like a sad prisoner. And I didn't have any accidents!! Good thing too because Mom didn't bring her diaper bag.

She says Daisy gets to go next time.
